PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
We do require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance due 60 days before arrival.
Less then 60 days full payment would then be required.

Private 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.
Taxes & service charge (tips are not included).
CANCELLATION POLICY
The deposit and final payment is fully refundable only if the same period is re-booked.
Trip cancellation insurance is recommended. Any reductions in stay or cancellations on or after arrival date are non-refundable.
Check in and checkout times are flexible, however we will need your flight information as soon as you are able to provide it.
Not included in our weekly rentals are tips, food and telephone calls. |
